Angie VanWingerden,
Executive Ministry Assistant |
| Angie came to Guelph in 1994 to attend the University of Guelph and study Hotel and Food Administration. Upon graduation she was lucky to be offered a great job opportunity in her field and here she settled, loving this community and its small town feel yet with all the amenities of a city! She is married, and has a beautiful 4 ½ year old daughter, Eila. After 15+ years working in the hospitality field, Angie feels that the time has come to find a better work and life balance and she is thankful for the opportunity to work with St. Andrew’s. Matt Foxall,
Youth Team Leader |
| Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario Matt grew up in his home congregation of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church Kitchener where he’s been actively involved in all aspects of his church community — particularly in the area of Christian Education. Before coming to St. Andrew’s Guelph, Matt was the Youth Leader at his home congregation. He has begun attending annual conferences for Youth Leaders, most notably the “Princeton Forum on Youth Ministry”, as well as taking continuing education courses at Knox College. Matt enjoys being involved outside of church as well; such as volunteering with Kitchener Minor Baseball Association as a committee member and rep team coach. Once in a while he even gets to spend time with his wife of five years, Jacqui—who is completing Grad studies in Toronto. Matt is an avid fan of the Maple Leafs, Optimus Prime, CSI and pasta. He’s really looking forward to where God is going to take Youth Ministry at St. Andrew’s Guelph. |
