This ministry can always use more helpers, whether teaching on Sundays, working behind the scenes, or for special events.

Youth and Children's Ministries Info Night
If you are a parent of a youth or child who is a part of this church,
(or if you are just interested in youth and children's ministries here
at St. Andrew's,) and you are interested in hearing about
all our upcoming plans or in sharing your own ideas or
asking questions, we will be having an open information session
and discussion on Tuesday, January 31st from 8-9 in the church library.
Youth Leadership Team/Christian Education Committee
Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers

If you have thoughts about the youth leadership team
or a Christian Education committee, please let Cordelia know,
at the information session, at coffee hour,

Tot Time
Looking for a kid-friendly place to get out
of the house with your little ones?
Starting February 1st join us for Tot Time at
St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church,
a free drop-in program for children ages 0-4 with their parents.
Drop-in any time from 10-12 on Wednesday mornings with your tot or tots.
Song and story time will be at 11:30.
Please bring indoor shoes and make sure any snacks
you bring are completely nut-free.
Visitors very welcome!

Parent Freedom Night, February 11
Want a little free time for Valentine's?
We’ll be hosting the Hawiian Luau-themed Valentines Vacation Night.
The youth will have a great night of fun and games planned
from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. for hosting children ages 2-10,
$10 per child, visitors and friends welcome!
Plan to come back at 8:45 to see what we've been up to before pick-up.

February 21st is the youth Pancake Tuesday supper.
Come on out to enjoy pancakes with our church family!
Would you be able to give up a few Sunday mornings
to help in the Church School?
We are putting together our January to June volunteer schedule
soon, so please let Cordelia know if you can help.
Even if it's just for two Sundays in the term,
that helps a lot! You will never have to lead by yourself,
and everything you need will be provided for you.

Nursery Care
Please bring your child to the nursery, located on the
lower level of the church, prior to the service starting.
The nursery is designed for those children who are new born
straight through to Jr/Sr. Kindergarten.
Church School
For those in Jr/Sr Kindergarten and up
here is what you have to look forward to
during our worship time:
Communion: Room for Everyone 
"Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them;
for it is such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.

- Funky paper (wallpaper scraps or look books,
| wrapping paper ends, etc)
- Grass skirts
- Small plastic animals or people
- Old (clean!) white or light coloured socks
